* For the salsa 4 ripe plum tomatoes, chopped or 12 cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped 1 jalapeno chili pepper, seeded and diced 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 1 avocado * For the chicken 1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/2 small red onion 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 1/4 cup fresh cilantro 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 4 to 6 ounces each salt pepper to taste freshly ground black pepper Methods/steps #To prepare salsa: In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, red onion, pepper and cilantro. Chop the avocado and sprinkle it with 2 tablespoons of lime juice to keep it from browning. Add the avocado and remaining lime juice to the bowl and toss to combine. Prepare up to 1 day ahead of time. #To prepare chicken : In a small food processor, puree the yogurt, red onion, lime juice and cilantro to make a yogurt marinade. Transfer the marinade to a shallow bowl or a plastic bag. Add the chicken and coat well with the marinade. Refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 8 hours. Preheat the grill to medium-high. Remove the chicken from the marinade, discard the remaining marinade and season the chicken with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken on both sides until it is cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. Ingredients:
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage links or hot Italian sausages
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. garlic
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
Pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
1 (20 oz.) can red pear tomatoes
2 (7 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 (16 oz.) container ricotta cheese
3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
14 lasagna noodles
1 egg
6 whole mushroom, slice
Methods/steps:
Sauté garlic, sugar, and salt. Add Italian sausage,mushroom and ground beef and brown. Add basil, fennel, pepper, tomatoes, paste, and simmer sauce for at least 25 - 30 minutes, until sauce thickens. Boil noodles and drain. Mix together in a bowl: ricotta cheese, egg, and parsley, if thick ad a little milk. Set aside. Layers: Sauce to cover bottom of pan, 1/2 of the noodles, 1/2 ricotta, sauce, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, sauce and Parmesan. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

1/2 cup gula cairkan
1 sdt. vanili ekstrak
2 telur
1 pint strowberri dan dibelah dua
3 sendok makan. selai raspberry tanpa biji
1 sendok makan. air
Cara membuat
Panaskan oven ke 350 derajat. hancurkan cracker lalu sebar secara merata di bawah pan pie ukuran 9-inch. Kocok cream cheese dengan gula dan vanili hingga tercampur rata, sekitar lima menit. Tambahkan telur dan campuran. Panggang selama 30 sampai 40 menit, atau sampai matang ,dinginkan lalu masukan kelemari es semalam. hangatkan Melt raspberry jam dengan air di microwave atau di atas kompor. Potong wedges dan memakai piring saji. Susun strowberri di atas cake dan potong²

Ingredients
1 cup flat beer
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. yeast
Methods/steps
Put beer, butter, sugar, salt, flour, and yeast in a bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough setting, and press “Start”. Remove dough from bread machine when cycle is complete. Roll or press dough to cover a prepared pizza pan. Brush lightly with olive oil. Cover and let stand 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread sauce and toppings on top of dough. Bake until crust is lightly brown and crispy on the outside, about 30 minutes.

Ingredients
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. water
2 1/2 lbs. Beef chuck roast, boneless
2 cups hot
1 cube beef bouillon
2 Tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. Ground allspice
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Methods/steps
Simmer onion until tender in 2 tablespoons water in heavy, deep skillet. Add roast to skillet; brown on sides. Combine beef bouillon cube with 2 cups hot water; stir until dissolved. Combine orange juice, allspice, pepper, and beef broth. Pour over meat. Cover and simmer, about 2 hours.
